I like freezing in bags like this. Spreading them out makes the meat easier to thaw and fit in the freezer. I also write the date it was frozen on the outside and how many lbs it is. I like to split it into 1 or 2 lb bags.

Often there are more things marked on sale in the store than were printed in the ad. However, today we found something that was in the ad but not marked as on sale on the shelf! Lesson: always read the ad!
